CaptureEzy
The CaptureEzy solution enables our clients to scan and automatically index electronic and a paper-based data. Sources such as invoices and POD’s are indexed using handwriting, barcode and electronic print recognition and stored in any location required by the client. This dramatically reduces the overheads incurred in storage space, manual handling and data entry costs and reduces errors in processing.
CaptureEzy can be used in conjunction with the Redmap Manage solutions to allow distribution of the captured information. This may be internally within your business using the ManageEzy solution or externally via Redmap’s ManageAnywhere solution.

CapturePoint
CapturePoint is Redmap's high-end Capture solution. CapturePoint has been developed for those businesses that capture large volumes of information. It is ideally suited to those who run bureaus and have information being captured across multiple workstations.
CapturePoint is an enhanced version of CaptureEzy’s functionalities. Additional features include network capabilities and reporting functionality. Information can be captured across multiple stations and indexed in one central location. Reports can be generated to show statistical information on each of the stations such as operator statistics, errors made, and documents processed. While the benefits of CaptureEzy are present within CapturePoint, larger volumes of information can be captured as well as closer monitoring of cost and performance.
CapturePoint can be used in conjunction with Redmap Manage solutions to allow distribution of the captured information. This may be internally within your business using the ManageEzy solution or externally via Redmap’s ManageAnywhere solution.

ManageEzy
Redmap's ManageEzy solution is the entry level to the Manage suite of solutions. It can be used on a single computer or shared across a network.
ManageEzy allows both electronic and paper-based information to be imported or scanned and indexed in one central location. By using these indices our client’s may search for all information on any given subject at a later date. This decreases the client’s need for physical storage, decreases the time it takes to find information, centralises information and increases retrieval of this information securely.
ManageEzy can be used in conjunction with Redmap Capture and Protect solutions to reduce the time needed to capture form-based information and backup that information. ManageEzy can also be used in conjunction with ManageAnywhere to enhance the distribution and secure access to information from anywhere in the world.

ManagePoint
Redmap's ManagePoint solution is a mid to high-end Document Management solution built on the platform of the ManageEzy solution but with greatly enhanced functionality which includes Artificial Intelligence assisted searching, document level security, document version control and file 'check-in' 'check-out' capabilities.
ManagePoint has been designed to deliver simple yet powerful Document Management to an organisation looking for ease of use and a quick implementation.
ManagePoint's Artificial Intelligence capabilities provide 'plain English' search capabilities and summaries of indexed information. This allows you to search and view information, based on its content, not the way it was indexed in ManagePoint.
The solution's version control and file 'check-in' 'check-out' functionality ensures that the most current version of a document is in use.
If the security of your documents is important, ManagePoint's extensive user and document security will keep your information safely secured from unauthorized access. The business manager also has clear and dynamic visibility of all user activities via the product's extensive audit reporting.
ManagePoint can be used in conjunction with Redmap Capture and Protect solutions to reduce the time needed to capture form-based information and securely backup that information.

ManageAnywhere
ManageAnywhere is the web-based adaptation of Redmap's ManageEzy solution. Through a secure password and the Internet/Intranet, information can be stored and retrieved anywhere in the world, anytime of the day.
The functionality of ManageAnywhere is the same as ManageEzy. The added benefit of using ManageAnywhere is that your information is available - wherever you are!
ManageAnywhere is ideal for those businesses that have a distributed sales force. It is also very practical for those businesses that need to distribute information to clients, suppliers, in fact anyone that needs to have access to your information. Access to your business information is granted via a secure password and username, which is controlled by our clients.
ManageAnywhere can be used in conjunction with Redmap Capture and Protect solutions to distribute the captured form-based information and to backup that information.
